The department is equipped with hi-tech injection molding machine with capacity ranging from 250 to 1,680 tons. Parts like Fender liner, Engine Covers, Interior & Exterior Trims and Cowl Tops are being produced for OEMs.

BLOW MOLDING:
The department is equipped with a single head single station Extrusion Blow Molding machine with up to 30 Liters capacity producing parts like Washer Tank Assembly and Air Conditioning Ducts.

VACUUM FORMING:
The department is equipped with specially designed hi-tech machines, producing parts like interior trims, wheel housing & door trims for OEMs.
